What is Pay by Jag Workspaces?
A business workspace for getting paid and keeping your books. You send invoices, quotes, and payment links, run subscriptions, and manage customers and receipts, with Accounting in the same place. Each Workspace has its own address, such as your-business.paybyjag.com.
How do I get started?
Open Start a workspace, choose a plan and your Workspace address, and pay the first monthly invoice. Your Workspace opens right after payment. From Workspace Overview, complete Stripe payment setup before you send a live invoice.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $29 per month. Every plan includes the same features and Accounting; higher plans add capacity for websites, prices, invoices, storage, and team members. A 2.5% Pay by Jag transaction fee applies to customer payments, and Stripe charges its own processing fee.
Do nonprofits pay less?
Yes. Nonprofits pay a 0% Pay by Jag transaction fee. The monthly plan and Stripe's processing fee still apply. The nonprofit selection is an attestation, and a false claim returns the Workspace to the standard fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access through the period you already paid for. After access ends, your records and exports are retained, and you can resume by paying the current renewal.
Where does my customers' money go?
Straight to your business's Stripe account, then to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. Pay by Jag never holds your customers' payments in its own account.

Every Workspace includes a Help Center with step by step articles. For anything else, open a support ticket and our team replies there.
