Merchant terms

Workspace businesses and Jag Journey products on Pay by Jag.

Jag Journey, LLC provides Pay by Jag. You are the merchant of record for your shoppers when you use Stripe Connect or your own keys. We are the merchant of record only for your monthly plan.

You will not send your shoppers onto the Jag Journey Stripe account. You will honor refunds, taxes, and your own terms. Nonprofits who claim a 0% Pay by Jag fee must be truthful. We can return a false claim to the standard fee.

Cards stay with Stripe. We do not store card numbers. You keep your HMAC secret on your server only.
